This is the oldest park in the town of Almendralejo in the province of Badajoz, and an excellent example of early 20th-century public construction.
The beautiful, well-kept park of La Piedad is the oldest and most emblematic one in Almendralejo. It is an excellent example of the aesthetics of early 20th-century constructions, as can be seen from its hand-painted tiles or the ornamental elements like the flight of Romantic steps you will find on one side of it.
